Is there a way to audit Chrome for sound played?

I have a ton of tabs with notification sounds,

  • Facebook
  • Signal
  • Slack
  • Outlook
  • Discord

Etc, etc, etc. Is there anyway to audit the communication networks to see which one notified me, after the fact. These are usually short sounds so I can’t go walking the tab list for a speaker icon as the sound quickly terminates. In the case of Discord or Slack it’s even more confusing because I always have some amount of notifications that I haven’t responded too.
