I have never understood how to script despite watching tutorials which often are doing something that isn’t really relative to what I want to achieve. I have a formula though which I wish to use to multiply an object X amount of times; I don’t necessary know how to write it so Illustrator can understand it but I know that the mathematics are, it employs the square root though and I wonder how I go about writing this script. To carry out the process manually is labour intensive and defeats the whole point of having a computer (!) The formula, for anyone able to help, is as follows:
r=c√n, ϴ=n×137.508Please let me know if I am making no sense—mathematics is not my strong point and scripting even less so. My many thanks in advance!
