I’d like autocomplete to be on in general, but I need to remove one entry (whenever I type “x”, it thinks I want to type “xX” even though I only did that once, long ago, by mistake). It’s getting to the point that I am going to have to disable the whole thing if I can’t get it to stop this annoying behavior.
I have found solutions that worked 6 to 10 years ago, but the file and directory names have now changed to the extent that those solutions are no longer applicable.
