How can I find out why I can no longer charge via one of my ports?

I’m using a Lenovo X1 Carbon (Gen 5), which has two USB-C ports that you can charge the device through. The other day, the official charger suddenly stopped working with one of the ports, however, it still works through the other. Strangely enough, I can still charge through both ports if I use my phone charger.

I want to figure out if there’s something wrong with my charger or the USB-port. How can I go about this? Is there some diagnostics tool I can run? I’m running Arch Linux on the laptop.
