Cisco Jabber Viewing local history file version 11.9 and later

Before version 11.9 Cisco jabber history (at least 100 last messages) can be read from local SQLite database file using SQLLite

The .DB file is located in the following directories:

Windows:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History\

Mac:

 ~/Library/Application Support/Cisco/Unified Communications/Jabber/CSF/History/

Looks like after version 11.9 the local SQLite database file is encrypted. The question is how encrypt the db or any other way to see the history saved localy?
