I’m running debian 6.0.6, and I want to remotely login it as root without password. I tried the typical ssh-login-without-password configuration (.ssh/authorized_keys), but it didn’t work. After getting through known_hosts issues, it’s now asking for a password. I don’t recall setting a password..what would it be? Answer There is no password set, by default it will only accept your private key.
